Inmarsat’s marketing agency approached me late last year to explore shooting a range of stills and video assets for a global campaign, to support their Enterprise division. Having undertaken a similar campaign shoot for them in South Africa a few years ago it was obvious that we would again need a remote overseas location.
I cant wait to share a new global B2B campaign in the coming weeks. Hoping the image embargo will be lifted soon.
On a chilly October morning my amazing team worked on this shoot in Canning Town, London capturing the all electric 2020 Jaguar I-Pace . A staggering product.
Such a great hard working crew on this production. Safety team, video crew, Rapha tracking/ support car, drone pilot and pro riders who were just the best.

Sometimes keeping it lightweight is the best. My assistant Brian and I travelled to Tanagra in Greece to shoot the 2019 pre season training for the Red Arrows RAF display team.

Ferrari is 70 this year and we were commissioned to produce all visual collateral for the 70th Parade of no less than 108 Ferraris from the classic to the very newest. Police motorcycle and traffic car escort, 108 Ferraris, 10 Safety cars, 3 photographers, 1 video camera crew and 1 drone pilot over a 100 mile course.
A great collaboration with our animation friends Finger Industries under the direction of Marcus Kenyon. A 30 sec TV slot for The Car People combining character Martyn with some live action this time.
Barclays Communities Campaign. A few BTS shots from a recent shoot at Thermae Bath Spa, stunning rooftop location made all the more enjoyable by a private use of the pool by the crew after we had finished our dawn shoot.

I’ve known better weather for shooting Porsche convertibles..
The team have recently returned from a highly successful shoot in hot and humid Manila . Fighting with monsoon conditions, chaotic driving conditions and a large audience at the location we shot a new Far East campaign for Shell Advance.
So Tuesday was spent shooting at Porsche with over £200,000 of kit – mainly consisting of no less than 4 drones, a Red Epic and assorted other Hi Res cameras. Here is the first image through plus some fun behind the scenes imagery.
In May we were flown to Cape Town to photograph Inmarsat’s global connectivity service, IsatHub.The team travelled over 2000 km in 5 days with dawn and dusk shoots to make the most of the stunning light.
We spent Tuesday morning shooting backplates at the Yas Marina motor racing circuit in Abu Dhabi. Look out for some exciting CGI renders of F1 cars in action in the coming weeks.

I’ve just spent the past week living in a container on a military base in Afghanistan shooting a short commercial film project. I’m sadly not at liberty to share the actual project with you but I took this from the air this morning.
6 days of continuous shooting and we are all officially knackered . Right off to bed, another 0645 start tomorrow to catch that light.
