Porsche Taycan Production Line
In the weeks leading up to the UK lockdown I found myself at Porsche’s manufacturing base at Zuffenhausen in Stuttgart .
I was there to shoot the new, all electric Taycan on the production line.
Porsche have become the first car company to adopt a robotic transport system to move the cars during the production process in a system called “flexi-line”
The cars are built on three floors from top to bottom before being transferred by conveyer bridge to the loading terminal.
Inspired by the red welding curtains, my interpretation of these shots included a graphic red border treatment.
